Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. If you arrive before check-in time, our concierge team will be happy to store your luggage while you explore the city or enjoy our hotel facilities.

Breakfast inclusion depends on your room package. Many of our room rates include a complimentary gourmet breakfast buffet served daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The buffet features international cuisine, fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, and made-to-order dishes. If your rate does not include breakfast, you may add it for $30 per person per day.

Yes, we offer both self-parking and valet parking services. Our secure underground parking garage is available 24/7. Self-parking is available at $35 per day, while valet parking is offered at $50 per day. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available in our parking facility at no extra cost for hotel guests.

Yes, The Cappa features both an indoor heated pool and a stunning rooftop outdoor pool with panoramic city views. The indoor pool is open year-round from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while the rooftop pool is open seasonally from May through October. Pool towels and loungers are provided complimentary for all hotel guests.

We are a pet-friendly hotel and welcome well-behaved dogs and cats weighing up to 25 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay applies. We provide pet amenities including beds, bowls, and treats upon request. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare your room accordingly. Service animals are welcome at no additional charge.
